All TECHSPO NYC 2026 Volunteers are required to attend a mandatory Volunteer Orientation to familiarize you with your volunteer role during the event and the layout of the areas you will be working in. Information about the venues, crews, expectations, tips and much more will be covered and most of all have a great time!

Wednesday, May 15th 2PM in the Coat Room on the Second Floor of the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge Hotel, New York City, NY

Pre-Event Preparation Activities

After Orientation volunteers will be assigned to assist in pre-event preparation activities that count towards your volunteer hours, which may include;

  • Tote bag stuffing
  • Name badge stuffing
  • Signage and Display setup
  • Exhibit assembly
  • Equipment setup
