After careful consideration in light of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments and concerns worldwide, it is with deep regret that, for the first time in it’s history, TECHSPO management must announce this year’s 5th annual TECHSPO New York has been postponed. The new date for the rescheduled event will be announced in the near future. Please stay tuned!
While this decision comes at a time of universal uncertainty, health and safety of our guests, staff and community is our highest priority and paramount. We urge everyone to follow the guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials. Rescheduling the event will enable us to provide the experience that our customers, partners, and employees expect and deserve in a safe environment.
Having spent the past year preparing for the show with our advisory boards, speakers, exhibitors, and event partners, we’re genuinely upset and disappointed that we have to postpone. The decision to postpone follows a review of the most up to date advice from health authorities regarding ways to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and the subsequent orders in place at this time banning mass gatherings and large community events, along with certain travel bans and social distancing recommendations in place from the CDC.
While it’s difficult to make the decision to postpone an event, in this rapidly evolving and unknown environment, the TECHSPO management team knows this is the only responsible decision – albeit it a devastating one. Please know we worked day and night to do everything possible to ensure we provide a world-class and safe event. However, the health, safety and well-being of our community is our first concern.
All purchases for the previous dates will be honored for the rescheduled dates. New registration passes will be re-issued to affected attendees when the rescheduled dates have been finalized. An email has been sent to all registered attendees with full details.
We would like to express gratitude to our customers and partners for their understanding, patience, and continued support at this time. We look forward to hosting you and hope to see you at the rescheduled date and moving forward we’ll focus all of our efforts on making our rescheduled event even better.
